We want everyone working and studying at 园区淫乱 to be treated with respect; to feel safe, seen and supported as their authentic selves.听

WHAT IS HARASSMENT AND SEXUAL MISCONDUCT?

Harassment

Harassment includes unwanted behaviour or conduct which has the purpose or effect of violating a person’s dignity or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, or offensive environment toward that person.听

Our definitions includes harassment both off campus and online where its staff, students, or contractors are involved.听

Sexual Misconduct

Sexual misconduct relates to all unwanted conduct of a sexual nature.

SUPPORT FOR VICTIMS OF HARASSMENT AND/OR SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

We are committed to supporting our students. Please see the buttons below to report any situations of harassment and/or sexual misconduct. There are two ways you can tell us what happened:

Report An Incident

Thank you for letting us know/choosing to report something that has happened. Things might feel difficult at the moment but by choosing to provide your contact details we’ll be able to help provide you with better support and to stop something similar from happening to anyone else.

Your data is important to us. We will not collect or store any information that goes against our data protection rules. A member of staff will be in touch with you within 5 working days.

If you are reporting a safeguarding concern or sexual assault, one of our safeguarding team will be in touch with you within 1 working day.

Report An Incident Anonymously听

Thank you for choosing to report anonymously. We understand that this might be a difficult time for you, and we want to help connect you to support.

Please note reporting anonymously will not lead to formal action being taken except in exceptional circumstances.

If you are a staff member reporting a safeguarding concern about a student, please switch to the report it with contact details form.

Choosing to report anonymously means we are unable to contact you to provide support or seek further information about the incident. However, we can use the information to inform prevention work across the university.

If you would like to speak to someone or need direct support or guidance, please choose to report it with contact details. Please note, we will aim to contact you to discuss your report before any action is taken.

EXTERNAL SUPPORT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED HARASSMENT AND/OR SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

There is a range of external support available for those who have experienced harassment and/or sexual misconduct.
